Terms and Conditions 99md — Official Platform Terms of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 99md. By accessing or using the website, mobile app, or any services provided by 99md (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in full.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and 99md as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to cease using the Platform immediately.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 99md's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of account registration
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not subject to any legal prohibition or local regulation that restricts participation in online gaming
• Register with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — including your full name, phone number, and valid banking details
• Have not previously had an account terminated by 99md due to a breach of Terms

99md reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. The KYC process includes submitting a copy of your identification card, utility bill, or other relevant supporting documents. Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restrictions or temporary suspension.

3 User Account

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur within your account. This includes all wagering, financial transactions, and any communications sent through the account.

• Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any other party
• You must notify 99md immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• 99md will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a management fee or automatic closure
• Balances in inactive accounts will be communicated via the registered email address before any action is taken

You agree not to transfer, sell, or assign your account to any third party under any circumstances. A 99md account is personal and non-transferable.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

99md supports a range of secure and convenient payment methods to facilitate member transactions in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other approved e-wallet methods.

• All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account within a short period
• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the Deposit page of the platform
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the chosen method
• The bank account holder name must match the registered name on your 99md account for verification purposes
• 99md reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits
• Any taxes, bank fees, or processing fees imposed by third-party financial institutions are the member's responsibility

5 Bonuses & Promotions

99md offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special event bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus carries a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted
• The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount received multiplied by the specified multiplier
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotional offer
• 99md reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of abuse or fraud
• Bonus validity is limited — bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically
• Certain games may not count or may only partially count towards fulfilling bonus wagering requirements

6 Game Rules

All games available on the 99md platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, and sports betting — are operated in accordance with rules set by their respective game providers and international industry standards.

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited
• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled once the game has started
• In the event of a technical failure during a game, the affected bets will be refunded to the member's account
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed in the respective game interface
• 99md reserves the right to suspend or void any game where there is evidence of manipulation or significant technical interference

For sports betting, all odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets will not be affected by any odds changes made after confirmation.

7 Prohibited Activities

Use of the 99md platform is subject to certain conduct restrictions. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination along with forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets
• Any form of fraud, identity impersonation, or submission of false information during registration or KYC
• Bonus arbitrage — systematically exploiting promotions with the intent of gaining risk-free profits
• Collusion between multiple accounts (chip dumping) to manipulate game outcomes or transfer balances
• Any money laundering activity or use of funds obtained through unlawful means
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing 99md staff or other members through any platform communication channel
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the 99md platform

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 99md platform — including design, logos, graphics, text, software code, trade names, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of 99md or parties who have licensed it to us.

• You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on platform content without written consent from 99md
• The trade name "99md" and all associated logos are registered trademarks protected by law
• Any unauthorized use of 99md's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal legal action

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to 99md through official channels may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

9 Liability Limits

99md provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted platform operation at all times, we cannot guarantee that it will be completely free from technical disruptions, delays, or errors.

• 99md is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses or damages arising from the use of the platform
• 99md's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total active deposit balance in the account at the time of the incident
• 99md is not liable for any damage resulting from technical failures caused by third parties, including internet service providers or game providers
• Members are solely responsible for the gaming decisions they make and acknowledge that gaming involves the risk of losing money

10 Account Termination

Either you or 99md may terminate an account at any time under certain grounds:

• Members may request self-closure of their account by contacting the 99md customer support team via live chat
• 99md reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account immediately and without prior notice if a breach of the Terms is detected
• Following a self-requested account closure, any valid balance will be returned after the review process is complete
• Accounts terminated due to a breach of the Terms are not eligible for a refund of remaining balances or winnings
• Members whose accounts have been terminated are not permitted to re-register without written consent from 99md

11 Privacy Policy

99md's use of member personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to how we collect, process, and store your personal data.

• Your personal information is collected solely for account management, identity verification, and service improvement purposes

12 Terms Amendment

99md reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion.

• Any material changes will be communicated to members via a platform notice or email at least 7 days before taking effect
• Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms
• If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and submit a withdrawal request for any valid remaining balance
• The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects the latest version of the Terms currently in effect
